The Policy & Rules Committee’s mission is to assist in the writing and implementation, as well as knowing and understanding all the club’s rules and regulations and all By Laws. The Board of Governor’s Chairperson shall appoint the policy & Rules Committee Chair from the At-Large Board Members. This committee will serve with the Club General Manager and all Club Directors on an ad-hoc basis. The committee may interpret the Membership Policies, Rules and Regulations and these Board By-laws and make recommendations to the Board suggesting modifications and/or changes. Additionally, this committee may write or amend Rules and Regulations or By-laws as needed and approved by the Board, the Owners and Club Management.
