Communications Committee

The Communication Committee is responsible for advising Club Management on the quality and effectiveness of communications to and from the Club members. The Communication Committee will also cooperate with the Community Association Communication Committee to assure coordinated communication throughout the community. The Board of Governors Chairperson shall appoint the Communication committee Chair from the At-Large Members.

The Board of Governors set up a Communications Committee in order to facilitate the flow of information to and from the Club at Prescott Lakes.

We are an advisory committee to the Board of Governors and to APGM, our professional managers of the Club. We meet on the first Monday of each month at one pm in the Athletic Club. Any member is welcome to attend.

The Communication Committee does not take sides in any issue. Our job is to try to open up as many channels of communications between the members and those responsible for the management of the Club as can be reasonably done. It is also to insure that the management of the club keeps you informed of issues and events which occur at the Club and to reach as many members as possible as quickly as can be done.

One of the ways you can stay informed is to read the Club Calendar and e-blasts from the club. Another way is to be a guest at our Board of Governors meetings which are held once a month in the Clubhouse. All members are welcome.

That e-mail will go directly to the President of the Board of Governors and to the Club Manager. You should get a prompt response from the ones who know the most about what is going on at the Club.
